Our philosophy in food is simple. To try to find the best ingredients, cook them ala minute and serve them. Our cuisine is based strongly in French-cuisine with some Italian twist. Our ingredients are sourced by the Chef/Owner Henri Alen who`s passion is sauces and game. That why you will find reindeer and truffle béarnaise quite often on the menu. The menu changes all the time, but we also offer house specialities like own made Charcuterie, Bouillabaisse, Risotto and Chocolate fondant. Our aim is to make people happy, not to invent wheel again.

 

Muru also have a selection of over 200 wines. The idea is to find small producers with great price/quality. Sommelier owner Samuil Angelov is developing the wine list all the time and working to find good wines. We mostly serve European wines and champagnes to accompany our classic cuisine. Our chilled wine cantine on the roof of the restaurant also includes some really prestige vintages.
